How much do we charge?
Our pricing for office cleaning and residential cleaning is charged per hour ranging from $40-45 depending on how deep you want us to clean. Move in/move out cleanings will be charged on a square foot basis ranging from $.20-.24 cents per square foot. There is a also a $5-20 charge for supplies added to every clean. Dryer vent cleaning is a flat rate of $69. Window Cleaning is based how many windows you want cleaned, the size, shape, and complexity of the window. Most windows will be charged at our flat rate of $8 per window(inside & out) or $4 per pane (just one side).
Where is our service area?
Our service area extends out to about a 125 mile range of Colorado Springs. Which means we service all of Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Canon City, Denver, Larkspur, Breckenridge, Divide, Florissant, Lake George, Buena Vista, Woodland Park, and surrounding areas. We are ready to come to you to make sure your home, business, or vacation rental is sparkling clean.

We will always stand behind our work 100% and are willing to go the extra mile to keep your home clean and to keep you satisfied. We clean above and beyond most standard home cleaning service's.
Should you be home when we come to clean?
We do prefer you are there for your first cleaning to show us around. However, you do not need to be home when we clean. Entry to the property will be discussed during your free estimate.
Do we supply our own cleaning supplies?
We have a full aresenal of cleaning supplies to reach every nook and cranny of your home or office. If you prefer that we use your cleaning supplies or have a special request for a certain kind of cleaning supply or chemical, please let us know!
What are our hours of operation?
We normally operate Monday-Sunday from 7am to 5pm. However, we are always willing to work around your busy schedule.
